Origins

From an MIT lab to an ISS flight manifest.

Mithril's core technology started as MIT AeroAstro research into electrostatically figured mesh reflectors. The founding team came together to take that research out of the lab — building it into a flight-qualified antenna platform for space domain awareness and communications.

That path has taken the company from a DARPA ERIS award, to NATO DIANA credentialing, to a flight experiment selected for on-orbit qualification aboard the International Space Station.
