Mithril is a small, hands-on team building flight hardware from first principles. If you want outsized ownership over a technology headed to orbit, we want to hear from you.
Every engineer here owns problems end to end, from physics to flight, not a narrow slice of a much larger program.
We're a lean founding team backed by a DARPA ERIS award, NATO DIANA credentialing, and a confirmed ISS flight slot. The work you do ships.
From lab-bench electrostatics to a flight-qualified antenna platform — join while the architecture is still being decided.
All current openings in RF, mechanical, and software engineering are posted on our jobs board.
